To me art is a reflection of reality - of ourselves, the world and our culture, given breath just by the push of a brush, the blink of a shutter or simply the seed of an idea destined to evolve into something greater. 

 

As an artist, I develop works that speak to me and to others about the beauty that exists. My art is rarely static, often changing or manifested from recycled materials, carrying its own story with it. The left over paint from one painting is always replanted on another once thought finished, beer bottle caps are recycled into quirky fridge magnets, pencil shavings are used to create collaged glass jewelery.

​I can always feel inspired by absorbing myself in creating the special pieces you see on this website. Working with a range of mediums, all fine art, photography and jewellery I produce reflects my passion for texture, style, and the narrative of colour that explodes around us.
